Steve Solomon has spent more than three decades in various roles with ComEd and Exelon in Chicago. Since its creation following the merger of ComEd and Philadelphia-based PECO Energy Corp. in 2000, Exelon has grown into a Fortune 100 energy company with 10 million customers across six utilities and is the nation’s largest producer of clean energy. In his current role as vice president of the company’s philanthropic arm, Solomon oversees corporate giving for Exelon, ComEd and Constellation, which represents about 60% of the corporation’s $46 million in contributions to nonprofits.
