While speaking at a Monday City Club of Chicago event, Illinois Senate Minority Leader Christine Radogno [R-Lemont] said implementing Gov. Bruce Rauner’s proposed government reforms will help diminish the size of the service cuts needed to balance the state’s fiscal year 2016 budget.
