Mayoral challenger Garcia advocates for economic equality in Chicago

While speaking to an audience at the City Club of Chicago on Monday, Cook County Commissioner and Chicago mayoral candidate Jesus “Chuy” Garcia criticized policies he said are driving middle class families out of Chicago and contributing to economic inequality in the city.

Garcia began by citing a recent report released by the Brookings Institute which named Chicago as one of the 10 most unequal cities in the U.S.
